1. Research Use Only

Products offered by Optimize Lab that are identified as research products are sold strictly for laboratory, analytical, educational, or research purposes only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the applicable product page, these products are:

  • Not intended for veterinary use
  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
  • Not intended to be used as food, drugs, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or household products
  • Not intended for resale or use in any manner prohibited by applicable law

By purchasing a research product from Optimize Lab, you represent that you are knowledgeable regarding the proper handling, storage, use, and disposal of research materials and that you will use the products solely for lawful purposes.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or purchase products from Optimize Lab.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to purchase the products ordered in your jurisdiction.

3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ALL SALES MADE THROUGH OPTIMIZE LAB ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature, handling requirements, integrity, and chain-of-custody considerations associated with our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds for completed purchases except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in these Terms.

Once an order has been processed or submitted for fulfillment, it may not be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Ordering the wrong quantity
  • Changing your mind after purchasing
  • Finding a lower price elsewhere
  • No longer needing the product
  • Incorrectly understanding a product description
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Failure to retrieve a delivered package in a timely manner
  • Packages left exposed to environmental conditions after confirmed delivery

Please carefully review your entire order before submitting payment.

4. Order Errors, Damaged Products & Missing Items

Our All Sales Final policy does not prevent customers from contacting us regarding legitimate fulfillment problems.

If you receive:

  • An incorrect product
  • An incorrect quantity
  • A product damaged during shipment
  • A package with missing items

you must contact Optimize Lab within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the shipping package
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping label
  • Any other information reasonably requested by our support team

Do not discard the product, vial, packaging, shipping materials, or labels until the claim has been reviewed.

If we determine that Optimize Lab or our fulfillment provider made an error, we may, at our discretion and as appropriate, replace the affected item or provide another legally required remedy.

Claims submitted outside the required notification period may be denied to the extent permitted by law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Optimize Lab is not responsible for delivery problems caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses supplied by the customer
  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Customer failure to retrieve a package
  • Package forwarding requested by the customer
  • Theft occurring after confirmed delivery

Once a carrier confirms delivery to the address supplied with the order, the order will generally be considered delivered.

If tracking shows a shipment as lost while in carrier possession, contact us so that we can investigate the shipment.

6. Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

Because fulfillment may begin shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be guaranteed to be canceled after payment has been submitted.

Once an order has entered processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipping, the sale is final and cannot be canceled except as required by applicable law.

7. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Optimize Lab reserves the right to decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Payment verification issues
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Inventory errors
  • Suspected resale contrary to our policies
  • Suspected misuse of our products
  • Regulatory or legal concerns
  • Orders prohibited by applicable law
  • Website or technical errors

If Optimize Lab cancels an order before fulfillment, any amount collected for the canceled merchandise will be refunded as appropriate.

8. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, concentrations, quantities, specifications, and pricing appearing on OptimizeLab.co are accurate.

However, typographical, technical, photographic, inventory, or pricing errors may occasionally occur.

Optimize Lab reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by material errors.

Product packaging, labeling, appearance, or other non-material characteristics may occasionally change without notice.

9. Certificates of Analysis & Testing

Certain Optimize Lab products may have Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”), laboratory reports, or other analytical information available.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, analytical results relate only to the particular sample, batch, or lot that was tested.

Test results should not be interpreted as medical advice, FDA approval, or a guarantee regarding uses outside the stated research purpose.

10. Proper Storage & Handling

Customers are responsible for properly storing, handling, and maintaining products after delivery.

Storage instructions may differ depending on the product.

Optimize Lab is not responsible for deterioration, contamination, damage, or loss caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.

11. Assumption of Responsibility

By purchasing from Optimize Lab, you acknowledge that research compounds and laboratory materials may require specialized knowledge and handling procedures.

You accept responsibility for:

  • Determining whether a product is appropriate for your intended lawful research
  • Complying with applicable federal, state, local, and international laws
  • Safely handling and storing products
  • Maintaining appropriate laboratory procedures
  • Proper disposal
  • Restricting access to unauthorized individuals

12. No Medical Advice

Nothing contained on OptimizeLab.co, including product descriptions, articles, research information, customer support communications, marketing materials, or other content, constitutes medical advice.

13. Prohibited Uses

15. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers should contact Optimize Lab before initiating a payment dispute so that legitimate order or fulfillment concerns can be investigated.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically create a right to a refund where an order was properly fulfilled in accordance with these Terms.

Optimize Lab reserves the right to provide payment processors, financial institutions, and other appropriate parties with relevant transaction records, including:

  • Shipping information
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Customer communications
  • IP and transaction records where legally permissible
  • Acceptance of these Terms
  • Applicable product and refund policies

Fraudulent chargebacks or knowingly false payment disputes may result in refusal of future orders and any other remedies available under applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law or your cardholder agreement.

16. Wholesale & Resale Orders

Wholesale, distributor, reseller, private-label, and business-to-business transactions may be governed by additional agreements, pricing terms, minimum purchase requirements, or policies.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise, wholesale purchases are also final sale and non-returnable to the extent permitted by law.

Wholesale customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their downstream marketing, distribution, labeling, resale, and use comply with applicable laws.

  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Product photography
  • Website design
  • Written content
  • Product descriptions

is owned by or licensed to Optimize Lab and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without authorization.

18. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that OptimizeLab.co will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, update, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the website or its services without notice.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.

Nothing contained in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPTIMIZE LAB AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, POSSESSION, HANDLING, STORAGE, MISUSE, OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF PRODUCTS.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
